Conflict Resolution and Restorative Justice
TEAM offers a Restorative Justice programme between young people and/or adults so that problems and disputes can be addressed whilst working towards a peaceful solution and repairing harm. This service requires the agreement off all parties and is planned around individual need in consultation with the school. This may entail a one off session or be part of a series.

Staff training and development
TEAM offers support, advice and guidance for staff Exploring and advising staff on how to create and manage an effective Pastoral Care/Behaviour Team. This includes looking at effective behaviour management strategies, how to support and communicate with young people in crisis, sharing and looking at good practises for PSP's and individual support plans and how to successfully investigate behaviour incidents and plan appropriate and meaningful sanctions and support programmes for young people.

Group Workshops
TEAM offers group workshops on a variety of topics according to the needs of the school, professional body or young people
Workshop themes include but is not exclusive to Anti-Bullying (impact and affects of bullying, developing and anti-Bullying culture), Dangers and impact/consequences of anti-social behaviour and violence, Respect, Developing Resilience, Exam stress and coping strategies​, Identifying future career paths and further education, Transition to secondary school.
